Our land storage lot is monitored 24/7 by our uniformed security guards in addition to the numerous surveillance cameras located throughout the premises.
Water & electricity
Our land storage area features both water and electricity. Customers are welcome to do their own vessel winterizations, bottom paint, etc. We ask that all repairs be handled in an environmentally friendly manner and adhere strictly to our marina rules and regulations.
Leave it to the professionals
There are a number of options if you choose to have professional work done while your vessel is in storage. From engine and system repairs, to fiberglass, paint, and buffing, we offer on-site services and can also refer you to other reputable professionals. Outside contractors must provide proof of insurance to gain access to customer property as well as adhere to our marina rules and regulations.
